Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $70
  • Flat rate: $8.00 for orders under $70

Tracking
All orders include tracking information, sent via email once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are not responsible for delays. However, we will help customers track or file a claim if needed.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, they must pay for reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or missing, customers must contact you within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
